GIRLS BASKETBALL

Noelle Aragon, Rocky Mountain: The senior guard helped the Grizzlies return from the holiday break with a 78-68 victory against Mountain View. Aragon led Rocky in scoring with 21 points while adding eight rebounds, four assists and two steals. Rocky Mountain improved to 13-0 overall and 11-0 in the 5A Southern Idaho Conference.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Keshawn Liggins, Middleton: The Vikings won three games last week to improve to 6-3 overall and 5-0 in the 4A Southern Idaho Conference. In a 69-53 win over Kuna, the senior point guard scored 20 points with seven rebounds, four assists, one blocked shot and one steal. Liggins then had 22 points, nine rebounds and four assists in a 70-49 victory against Columbia. He finished off the week with 17 points and 10 rebounds in a 55-30 nonconference win against Fruitland.

WRESTLING

Michael Cook, Kuna: The senior remained unbeaten in the 132-pound weight class with a perfect run in the Rollie Lane Invitational at the Idaho Center in Nampa. Cook defeated Mountain View’s Riley Connolly with a 10-1 major decision in the championship match, becoming only the second wrestler in Rollie history to win four titles in a row. Kuna finished second as a team behind Crook County, Ore.
